Here is an album of photos of the display garden in June 2017. The irises and peonies are over but the hemerocallis, clematis and roses are looking beautiful. I’ll add photos through the summer. The pond is now in its second year. We have added arches for roses and clematis between the iris beds. We have hundreds more plants to get into the ground in coming months in order to get the garden ready for our grand opening next May, 2018. That rather ugly temporary scaffolding and black fabric you can see in the background of some of the pictures is what is protecting them from the summer sun and will be dismantled when the planting is complete. Ecco un album di foto del giardino di esposizione nel giugno del 2017. Le iridi e le peonie sono finite, ma gli hemerocallis, le clematide e le rose sono belle. Aggiungo foto durante l’estate. Lo stagno è ora nel suo secondo anno. Abbiamo aggiunto archi per rose e clematide tra i aiuole alzate delle iride. Abbiamo i centinaia di altre piante a piantare nei prossimi mesi, per preparare il giardino per la nostra grande apertura entro il prossimo maggio 2018. Si può vedere sullo sfondo di alcune delle immagini quella impalcatura temporanea piuttosto brutta e il tessuto nero, che proteggano dal sole estivo le piante che stanno in attesa – sarà smantellato quando la piantagione è completa.
